This is a new course being offered which outlines the classification of non-compliance events pertaining to the Must Offer Rule (MOR) or the OCC and the DCS. It provides guidelines in responding to probable breach findings and non-compliance notices, and submission of relevant data for generator trading participants.

For WESM Compliance Officers, this course may grant you six (6) credit units per obligation upon completion of all training requirements.
