The course aims to discuss the trading participants’ obligations in the WESM and the enforcement proceedings for non-compliance or breaches of the WESM Rules and relevant Market Manuals, as well as the concepts, fundamentals, and application of the Compliance Post-Evaluation and Monitoring System (CPEMS) in the compliance monitoring and assessment (CMA) process through hands-on demonstrations of its key features.
